House Rules

Events or parties must be disclosed and pre-approved by management. There will be added event charges for events with more than 12 people. Additional charges will be based on the amount of additional foot traffic.

There are phone chargers, umbrellas and other amenities on the property for your use while you enjoy the property. Please leave them at the property for the next guest when you leave.

Please put things back where you found them and clean the pots, pans, utensils and dishware after you use them.

Be respectful of our neighbors. No loud music after 9pm.

Use the treadmill at your own risk. We do not assume responsibility for injuries that occur from your use of it.

Please wire brush clean the grill after you use it and cover the grill once it cools down.

We are pet friendly!! All pets must be disclosed and approved by us prior to arriving. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. You are responsible for any damage caused by your pet.

We have coasters and (for hot food located in the property. Please do not place hot items (this includes take out food boxes) or cold drinks directly on the wood furniture as it will permanently damage it by staining.
