The First Floor
A large open concept 1st floor ideal for entertaining with a chef’s kitchen that has a large island with seating for 5 while you watch the cook, a formal dining area that seats as little as 4 and expand to 24 with another 5 at the large island (think kids table!), a large comfortable living room and a media room with an 80″ TV perfect for watching your favorite movie or cheering on your favorite team. Sit out on the lanai and relax as you view the expansive private backyard with additional seating for your entire gathering. There is an exercise room with a treadmill and T.V.
The Second Floor
The second floor has 4 bedrooms that include 2 master suites with spa-inspired en-suite bathrooms. There is an additional full bath on the second floor with a tub and shower. There is a TV and cable service in every bedroom. There is also a full laundry available on the 2nd floor with iron and ironing board and laundry supplies provided complementary.
